Premise Of The Novel I'm Writing

I've had this story idea for years in my head. I've tried to write it down into a novel, but it's just all scattered ideas everywhere, until I found this author on Youtube that helped me realise the potential that this tory might help someone one day. I have to give great thanks to two authors that helped me get through my ideas and push thru with writing my story: Abbie Emmons and Jenna Moreci. If you have a story to tell, I recommend watching their videos about writing compelling characters and plots.

Anyway, my story revolves around two people who faces challenges of their own. I don't have a title yet, but I have a place holder for it: Phoenix, Fire and Blood.

LUCAS HART, an average Joe who secretly found out that his friends are superheroes, struggles with the fact that he feels like an outcast because not only does the woman he loves, NOORA REED, not trust him about this secret, but also that his friends don't. And when Lucas and Noora gets kidnapped by vampires, and only he gets rescued, Lucas needs to decide whether to confront his friends about their secret, or to prove to them that he is trustworthy by saving her himself.

On the other hand, YOUSSEF MAGNUSSON, a powerful immortal battle mage, got out of a prison mindscape with his friend, and needs to find a new host for them before the host takes control again. While pretending as the host, Youssef struggles to believe he is not a demon possessing soul for the very act of pretending and lying seems evil enough for it to be true. And when the host's mission gets in the way, Youssef needs to decide whether he deserves to live or to let the host take control again.

And when the two crosses paths with each other, both will challenge each other's beliefs and change how they view the world around them. Will they achieve their goal or fall to their demise?
